3. Call-Outs & Cancellations
We offer 24/7 emergency call-outs. After-hours rates may apply. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may result in a call-out fee.
4. Compliance Certificates
Plumbing and Gas Certificates of Compliance (CoCs) will be issued once work is completed, compliant with relevant regulations, and payment is received.
5. Warranties
We guarantee our workmanship. Warranty terms may vary depending on the job and materials used. Any damage or tampering after service may void warranties.
